THE SHORT VERSION

AllCsVideos uses essential account storage, Cashfree technologies, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Mixpanel events, and Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and masked replays for account access, payments, product improvement, and advertising measurement.

1. What cookies and browser storage are

Cookies are small text records that a website asks your browser to keep. Local storage is a related browser feature that can remember information without sending it with every web request. This page covers both technologies used by AllCsVideos and its payment flow.

2. Cookies we currently use

AllCsVideos uses essential first-party browser storage for account access. We also use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Mixpanel, and Microsoft Clarity for website, product, behavioural, and advertising measurement.

csvideos_tokenKeeps your account signed in and lets authorised backend requests identify purchased courses. It is scoped to .allcsvideos.com, uses SameSite protection, is marked Secure on HTTPS, expires after seven days, and is removed when you log out. The static frontend must be able to read it, so it is not HTTP-only.
_ga and related analytics dataGoogle Analytics may distinguish visits and measure page performance and navigation. Google controls the exact cookie names and duration.
_fbp and _fbcMeta may use these cookies to recognise browser activity, connect a visit with an advertisement, measure conversions, and reduce duplicate events. Meta controls their exact duration and use.
Mixpanel identifierMixpanel may store a pseudonymous browser identifier in local storage to connect selected product events into a funnel. After login, that activity may be associated with your account profile.
Microsoft Clarity identifiersMicrosoft Clarity may use cookies and similar storage to create heatmaps and masked session replays that help us understand clicks, scrolling, navigation, and usability problems.
Temporary security dataOur servers may use request information briefly for origin checks, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. This is not used to build an advertising profile.

3. Why the account cookie is necessary

Without the csvideos_token cookie, the website cannot know that you logged in, which courses belong to you, or whether a protected dashboard request is authorised. The frontend reads this token and sends it to our backend when an account feature needs it. Because it is necessary to provide the account service, there is no separate advertising-style consent toggle for this cookie.

4. Secure payment checkout

Payments are processed in Indian rupees through Cashfree. The selected provider may set cookies or use similar technologies on its hosted payment experience for fraud prevention, payment processing, security, and service operation. Those technologies are controlled by the provider and governed by its own privacy and cookie information. AllCsVideos does not receive your complete card, bank login, or UPI credentials.

5. Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics measures page visits and navigation. Meta Pixel may record PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, and Purchase events. Mixpanel receives only selected funnel events for product views, bundle or upgrade selection, cart, checkout, payment results, account completion, and contact completion. Microsoft Clarity creates heatmaps and masked session replays to help us understand navigation and usability problems.

Event details may include a course or offer identifier, item count, order value, currency, campaign tags, and an order ID used to prevent duplicate reporting. When you log in, Mixpanel may associate activity with your account ID, name, and email. We do not intentionally include form messages, phone numbers, passwords, complete payment credentials, private course notes, or lesson content in Mixpanel event properties, and sensitive form fields should remain masked in Clarity recordings. Each provider processes its data under its own privacy terms.

6. Your browser choices

Most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies under Privacy, Site Data, or Cookies settings. Blocking some cookies may affect analytics or parts of the website experience.

Delete cookiesDeleting the csvideos_token cookie signs you out. You can log in again at any time.
Block browser storageThe public pages may remain visible, but login, dashboard access, checkout return handling, and owned-course recognition may stop working.
Private browsingPrivate windows generally remove session data when the window is closed, so you may need to log in again.
Payment cookiesBlocking provider cookies may prevent Cashfree checkout from completing securely.
Analytics controlsBrowser privacy controls or content-blocking extensions may restrict analytics and advertising technologies. This does not remove purchased courses.

7. How long browser data lasts

The csvideos_token cookie expires after seven days unless you log out, clear browser data, or the backend rejects or invalidates it sooner. Cashfree, Google, Meta, Mixpanel, and Microsoft decide the duration of identifiers they set in their own environments. Logging out resets the current Mixpanel browser identity.

8. Policy updates

We will update this page when we add, remove, or materially change cookies or similar browser technologies. The date at the top shows the latest published version.

9. Questions and contact

If you want to know why browser data appeared or need help signing back in after clearing it, contact learner support.
