1. What we collect
We collect the information needed to create your account, provide your learning library, process purchases, and answer support requests.
Account detailsYour name, email address, optional mobile number, and a securely hashed password. We never store your plain password.
Learning activityCourses you own, lesson progress, notes, assessment results, and certificates issued to your account.
Orders and supportPurchase records, payment status, coupons used, and messages you submit through the contact form.
Technical informationIP address, browser details, device type, and server errors used for security, rate limiting, and troubleshooting.
2. How we use it
We use your information to create and secure your account, unlock purchased courses, save learning progress, issue certificates, process payments, prevent abuse, and respond to support messages.
We may use combined, non-identifying product data to understand which lessons need improvement. Marketing messages are optional and can be unsubscribed from whenever they are offered.
3. Payments
Payments are completed in Indian rupees through Cashfree. Payment credentials are entered on the selected provider's systems and are not stored by AllCsVideos. We retain the order amount, purchased items, provider order reference, payment status, and invoice information needed to confirm access and maintain records.
4. Browser storage and analytics services
The website keeps an essential sign-in token in a first-party cookie named csvideos_token, scoped to .allcsvideos.com so account access can work across AllCsVideos subdomains. The frontend reads it and sends it in the Authorization header when requesting account, purchase, or learner-library data from our backend. It uses SameSite protection, is marked Secure on HTTPS, expires after seven days, and is removed when you log out. Because the static frontend must read it to call the separate backend, it is not an HTTP-only cookie.
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may receive the visited URL, browser and device information, course or offer identifiers, order value, currency, and a purchase event ID. Mixpanel receives a limited set of manually selected events, such as page, product, cart, checkout, payment result, account, and contact-form completion events. Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolling, navigation, heatmaps, and masked session replays so we can investigate usability problems.
When you log in, Mixpanel may associate the activity with your account ID, name, and email so we can understand the journey from visit to purchase across sessions. Mixpanel event properties do not intentionally include form messages, phone numbers, passwords, payment credentials, private notes, or lesson content, and sensitive form fields should remain masked in Clarity recordings.
5. Who else sees it
We share only the information required by providers that help operate the service, such as hosting, database, email, payment, error monitoring, content delivery, product analytics, behavioural analytics, and advertising measurement providers. Google, Meta, Mixpanel, and Microsoft Clarity process analytics data under their own privacy terms.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to investigate fraud and security incidents.
6. Your rights
Contact us to exercise any of these rights. We verify the request before acting so another person cannot access or delete your information.

7. How long we keep it
Account and learning information is retained while your account is active so purchased access and saved progress remain available. When a verified deletion request is completed, eligible data is removed from live systems and later from backups. Payment, invoice, fraud prevention, and legal records may be kept for the period required by applicable law.
8. Security
We use encrypted network connections, hashed passwords, short-lived account tokens, access controls, server-side validation, and rate limiting. No system can guarantee absolute security. If an incident affects your personal information, we will investigate it and provide notifications required by applicable law.
9. Learners under 18
People under 18 should use AllCsVideos only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly create accounts for children below the minimum age permitted by applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate consent.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The new date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the website, account, or email when required.
