Your purchase gives one person a personal licence to learn from the course and apply the knowledge in real projects. You may adapt short code examples, but you may not share accounts, republish lessons, resell material, build a competing course from it, or use the library as an AI training dataset.
1. Licence granted to you
When you lawfully buy or receive access to an AllCsVideos course, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access the included material for your own learning. Ownership of the course material is not transferred to you.

General programming ideas, algorithms, syntax, and facts are not made exclusive by this licence. You may use what you learn. You may also adapt short code examples in your own product. You may not publish a collection that reproduces the course, its explanations, exercise solutions, project assets, or lesson sequence.
A repository or dependency identified as open source remains governed by its stated open-source licence. That third-party licence controls where it differs from this page.
5. AI and dataset use
You may not use course videos, transcripts, notes, illustrations, quizzes, structured lesson data, or downloads to train, fine-tune, evaluate, ground, or supply a machine-learning model or commercial knowledge base without written permission. Sending a short excerpt to a personal tool only to understand your own lesson does not grant that tool or its provider any rights from AllCsVideos.
6. Teams, colleges, and classrooms
A personal purchase covers one learner. Every learner in a company, college, bootcamp, classroom, or study group needs a valid assigned seat unless a written team agreement says otherwise. An instructor may discuss concepts learned from the platform but may not distribute or present copied course material as classroom content.
7. Ownership and author rights
AllCsVideos course design, videos, notes, illustrations, graphics, assessments, branding, and site presentation belong to AllCsVideos or to authors and licensors who permitted their use. All rights not expressly granted on this page are reserved.
8. Content you create
Your original personal notes, project code, reviews, and support messages remain yours. When you intentionally submit content for display or service operation, you give AllCsVideos the limited permission needed to store, process, display, moderate, and deliver it for that purpose. You remain responsible for having the right to submit it.
9. Duration and termination
The licence lasts for the access period attached to the purchase, including lifetime access where promised. It ends if the purchase is reversed, the account is closed, or you materially breach these restrictions. Provisions protecting ownership, payment records, and remedies continue after termination where necessary.
10. Enforcement
We may suspend access, revoke improperly obtained certificates, preserve evidence, request removal of copied material, and pursue remedies available under contract, copyright, and other applicable law. We will consider context and may provide a chance to correct a minor first-time breach.
11. Third-party material
A course may reference external documentation, trademarks, libraries, datasets, or media. Their owners retain their rights. Links do not transfer ownership to AllCsVideos, and you must follow the separate terms that apply when using those third-party resources.
12. Permission requests
Contact us before using material in a book, college programme, paid workshop, company training library, translation, publication, dataset, or commercial course. Explain what you want to use, where it will appear, the audience size, and whether access will be paid.
